Hongxing Road Development

This project considers itself to be a typical urban complex in China. The landmark building of 200 meters high combines office space with a five-star hotel. The podium in connection with the commercial area and the commercial street together form the main commercial complex layout. On the other end of the commercial area are the supporting apartments. With 360 000 sqm of total floor area; the high-rise building of 200 meters stands with its special façade and structure to highlight its towering height, straightness and strength. The floor plan shows that three commercial streets compose the Chinese character of “chuan” that represents Sichuan, a province in southwest China; thereby the transitional change of indoor and outdoor space breaks the monotony of a large-scale shopping mall.
